:: Etc ::

:: Friday Night Lisa.B & I went out to "Stampin' Up" card making workshop hosted by Kristin (who is a major stamp/scrapbook Goddess). We had a great time! It was a great night out of the house! Thanks Kris for inviting us :) ::
:: Here are the three cards we made :::: Saturday we just kinda lounged around the house doing thinks here a there ~ Jacob helped me with the laundry, my parents stopped by, Paul's sister and mum stopped by and then I headed out to pick up some things from the "Just a dollar" store for my fast growing scrapbooking/stamping fetish ::
:: This is what I picked up from the "Just a dollar" store: ribbon with glue already on the back, 3 glues sticks (photo safe) for 1$ , vellum tags 6 for $1, stamp pad 1 for $1, double sided roller tape 1 for $1, raised styrofoam double sided sticky squares 300 pieces for $1. And the blue organizer you see in the second picture - I needed some thing to organize all of the new found purchases! ::
:: Then while out returning some items on Sunday to Costco we found this great organizer for all of my 12x12 paper and odds and ends - It was only $14.95 and included a whole bunch of fun stuff ~ See pictures below (FYI: this was my payment for making all of Paul's Christmas baskets for his clients). Stupid blogger won't let me post the picture of it so I will post it on my next post ::
:: Matt & Lisa came over with the girls for a game of sequence - and some really good (if I don't say so myself) Ginger snaps - not my traditional recipe but super yummy :) ::

The $$ Store is a great place to get scrapbooking stuff. You just have to watch out for the "Buck or Two" stores as it can add up fast.
