:: We have been saving some money to buy an area rug for our living room, we have quite a few gift cards for Winners & Homesense so we decided that we should try and find our area rug there. Yesterday we found this one for $179.00 ::

::: We cannot decide which one we like more...the top one is made out of polyester, feels so good on the feet and doesn't have as much pile and is more of what we were looking for in that respect, but we think the second one is more our style (it is made out of wool and is a thicker pile but also feels so good on the feet). So we can't decide, can you help us??? ::

I like the second one better as well. I think it really suits the style of your house more than the first.
And the added bonus is that it is the cheaper of the two!

speaking out of love, I don't like either - I'd almost suggest a lighter (creamier) larger rug. Okay - but if I had to choose one of them, I'd say the top one simply b/c It draws the colour of the floor up into the carpet (chocolate browns) and still has many other accent tones in it to go with all of the furniture in the room. But that's just me. ; )
Yep - and then get a few lighter shade accent pillows for your green couch and a chocolate brown throw over your lighter chair and it'll tie in nicely! I'm sure you know this anyway Ms.Decor-Queen.
Well, let's see...I love what you have done with your room - your whole house for that matter!
Go for what your gut tells you - will poly be better or wool in the long run? Can it be used in any other part of the house?

Both are great rugs, when I saw the first one I thought that is really nice, but it clashes with the couch. As I scrolled down to the second, I would have to say I like it best, it suits your style more and it matches your furniture more...happy decision making!!
I hate choosing...so you are on your own! You have such great taste, go with your gut...which one do you think of and smile?!
